NHC Johnson City is a 160-bed Skilled and Intermediate Care facility located in Washington County Tennessee. We are fully licensed by Medicare and Medicaid.
Our in-house rehabilitation department provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Skilled nursing provides inpatient medication administration including intra- venous medications, wound care, diabetic management, and many other services.
We welcome your correspondence by phone, email, or fax. However, the best way to experience our beautiful environment is to visit in person. We have an open visitation policy for family and friends of patients. If needed, make an appointment for a guided tour by one of our professional healthcare providers.
